SANTA ANA, CA – Take a little Hello Kitty, mix well with movies that feature animals eating people, warm to sizzling with California sunshine, and presto! Introducing our two newest members of Agency|51’s creative development team, Kristine Payongayong and Daphne Ho.

Kristine (she’s the one who like movies where humans are on the carnivores’ buffet) is our newest designer and a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She’s produced creative executions and digital imagery for a number of companies, including SportCard LLC and Ritmo Mundo. Like everyone else at Agency|51, she keeps ice cream nearby at all times in case of emergency, and checks her perimeter for spiders before getting to work.

Daphne, whose loyalty to Hello Kitty has rarely wavered, completed her BA in English at USC, and earned a minor in Communication Design and honors in Multimedia Scholarship. Daphne began writing copy at Agency|51 as part of her internship program, and is now a full-time creative at the agency. She doesn’t stop creating after work, either — Daphne’s a devoted crafter, fluent in sewing, origami and other disciplines. Inspired by the Bulgarian artist Christo, Daphne is currently crocheting a colorful slipcover for the Agency|51 building.

“When we moved our offices from Anaheim to Santa Ana earlier this year, it was to gain more space for more staffers, not more Hello Kitty dolls,” notes Agency|51 Executive Creative Director Tony Serna. “However, we accommodate their quirks because both Kristine and Daphne exemplify what we seek … smart, innovative thinkers with no boundaries on their creativity, and the drive to deliver outstanding creative work on a short deadline.” Take a closer look at their adorable quirks and creativity at and
